Head Quarters Client Error: Cannot or unable to proccess worksheet

Solution: If the RMS Head Quarters Client Cannot or unable to process the worksheet that you've made then check the fallowing.
1. Make sure that you specified destination store of the worksheet.
2. Make sure that the worksheet you made is already approved.
3. Make sure that the time in the server where RMS Head Quarters Database was installed is correct and synchronized with the computer where the RMS Head Quarters Server and Administrator is running.
4. Ensure that the effectivity time you specified in the worksheet has been already elapsed.
